Patio Heater Safety & Usage

By renting a patio heater from Partai Rentals, the renter agrees to follow all safety precautions to ensure proper use and prevent accidents or damage. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in liability for damages, injuries and/or additional charges.

Safety Guidelines:

  • Adult Supervision Required – The patio heater must be operated only by a responsible adult. Do not allow children or unauthorized individuals to handle or adjust the heater.
  • Do Not Leave Unattended – Always turn off the heater when not in use. Never leave it running unattended to prevent fire hazards or overheating.
  • Proper Placement & Ventilation – The heater must be placed in an open or semi-open area with good airflow. Do not operate in enclosed spaces.
  • Positioning Under Structures – Keep the heater away from walls, ceilings, and flammable materials such as furniture, plants, and awnings. Maintain a safe distance to prevent heat damage or fire.
  • Stable & Level Surface – Always place the heater on a flat, level surface to prevent tipping or accidents.
  • Tank Valve Closure – When finished using the heater, close the propane tank valve completely to avoid leaks and potential hazards.
  • Fire Safety Measures – Keep a fire extinguisher nearby in case of emergencies. Ensure there are no flammable materials in close proximity to the heater at any time.
