• A damage waiver covers accidental damage to the rental equipment more than normal wear and tear.
• The damage waiver relieves you of minor damages to the rental equipment.
• We offer you an option to purchase a NON-REFUNDABLE taxable damage waiver.
• It is 10% of the grand total rental invoice.
  All broken items and pieces MUST be returned to us to be covered under the damage waiver.
• If no damage occurs when equipment is returned, this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The damage waiver does not cover the cost of missing items, theft, vandalism, or damage resulting from negligence, improper use and abuse of rental equipment
• The damage waiver does not apply to installed canopies/tents.
• Damage to installed canopies/tents due to inclement weather is our responsibility, but moving our installed canopies/tents will automatically void the damage waiver.
