Optional Damage Waiver

WHAT THE DAMAGE WAIVER COVERS

• Minor accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear to rental equipment (e.g., chips, cracks, or breakage

• Broken or damaged items MUST be returned in order to be covered


WHAT THE DAMAGE WAIVER DOES NOT COVER

• Missing items or theft

• Vandalism

•  Negligence, abuse, or improper use of rental items

• Moving/tampering with installed canopies/tents will VOID the waiver.

• Burned, torn, or mildewed linens

• Damaged caused by vehicles, lawn equipment, or decorations

-If an item is damaged due to negligence, the customer agrees to pay the FULL replacement cost, including labor.


IMPORTANT REMINDER:

• The Damage Waiver is optional, but highly recommended

• The fee is non-refundable, even if no damage occurs

• Inclement weather related damage to installed canopies/tents is the responsibility of the rental company

• Vandalism, tampering, or improper movement of canopies/tents is the customers responsibility


NOTE:

Be sure to check the box at checkout if you'd like to add the Damage Waiver. Since our checkout system does not automatically calculate the 10% damage waiver fee, we will manually update the invoice after order is submitted. An email will be sent with the revised total and a payment link to complete the additional 10% balance. This payment is required in order to fully secure the damage waiver for the booking.
