1. Know Your Guest Count

Before you request a quote, have a rough headcount in mind. This helps determine how many tables and chairs you'll need -- plus, it avoids last-minute scrambling. It's always better to slightly overestimate than to run short.

2. Understand Table Types and Sizes

Not all tables are the same! Here's a quick breakdown of common options we offer:

  • 6 ft rectangular (seats 6-8)
  • 8ft rectangular (seats 8-10)
  • 60" round (seats 6 all around)
  • 30" round high-top (great for mingling or cocktail-style events)

Different table shapes work better for different layouts and atmospheres, so be sure to ask if you're unsure what fits your space best.

3. Consider Setup and Space

Think about where the event is taking place — backyard, park, venue, etc. Make sure there’s enough space for your selected table sizes and chair count. Allow room for guests to move comfortably, especially if food, activities, or dancing are involved.
