This guide will help you estimate the right amount of seating so your guests stay comfortable without renting more equipment than you need.
Start with Your Guest Count
Begin with the total number of guests you expect to attend.
It's always a good idea to have a few extra chairs available in case additional guests arrive or someone wants to move a chair to another conversation area.
These recommendations assume guests will be seated comfortably for a meal. Seating capacity may vary depending on your table layout and whether you plan to use the seats at each end of rectangular tables.
